All memberships include semi-annual home checkups with an updated report after each assessment. Home Chex in-depth home assessments efficiently identify safety issues, evaluate maintenance needs, and catalog all appliances for easy future repairs. Moreover, members will receive a home health report so they can efficiently track their homes over time using a full summary of work performed by Home Chex.
Additional services or add-ons outside of each individual membership tier will be billed on an hourly basis.
Landscaping includes mowing, blowing, bush trimming (excludes tree trimming), and edging (1/4 acres). Pest Control (recommended quarterly) includes maintenance pest control, pre and post-construction termite treatments, rodent and wildlife inspections, rodent trapping.
Add-ons outside of each individual membership plan will be billed on an hourly basis of $90/hour plus materials unless otherwise noted in the routine monthly maintenance description.
As low as $50 per month, our home maintenance subscription service can help you save time and money. Our program consists of semi-annual preventive maintenance service, scheduled six months apart and overseen by your dedicated home service manager.
