Biannual preventive maintenance includes:
- Dryer vent interior cleaning
- Flush sediment from water heater
- Replace batteries in smoke and CO detectors
- Provide and replace AC filters
- Provide and replace refrigerator water filters
- Clean AC condenser coils
- Clean faucet aerators
- Disinfect AC condensate drain line
- Inspection of all appliance lights and replace as needed
- Inspection of all drains for proper flow
- Inspection and cleaning dishwasher drain filter
- Inspection of exterior plumbing for proper insulation
- Inspection of faucets and fixtures for leaks
- Sanitation of dishwasher and garbage disposal
